I mentioned in a recent article that one of the best ways to jumpstart a productive day is to “swallow a frog” and I stick by this statement. The most successful entrepreneurs take advantage of the beginning of their day to tackle the worst projects when their mind is feeling fresh. Swallow a frog in the morning and work throughout the rest of the day will seem like a piece of cake (pun intended).
Get enough sleep
For some people, enough sleep means 6 hours. For others, enough sleep is closer to 8 and half hours. Everyone is different, but the most successful entrepreneurs know how much sleep they need, and they strive to get it. Riding on 4 hours of sleep for months at a time can be detrimental to your health and happiness. Let your body rest, and it will let you achieve more.
Learn something new
The most successful entrepreneurs know that they don’t know everything. There is always something new to learn, and successful entrepreneurs strive to learn something new every day. And as lifelong dreamers, successful entrepreneurs “work hard, play hard, and think harder.”
